We check carefully the product information with customers when negotiating, our sales managers record the order with clear product information, our product colleagues finish the product strictly and finally our quality control colleauges inspect the product carefully.

A: To avoid resources wasting, we offer the best MOQ for customers. For products with inventory, small quantity is OK.
15. What is your delivery time?
A: It depends on order. Usually in 7 to 15 working days. We will positively communicate with customers when negotiating with clients.

A: When the complaint happens, we will take positive and responsible actions to solve the problem. We need picture or video materials from customers. Then we will analyze and judge the problem. And then we will give customers the best favourable solutions.

A: We classify samples according to the stages of negotiation. In principle, we are willing to provide customers free samples for market test and our customer just need to bear the shipping cost for the sample.
